Redeem a gift
Check a gift code and use its value or service.
Open Redeem GiftOpens the page in your salon (after signing in).
Steps
- 1Open Redeem Gift (or the Redeem Gift tool in the POS app).
- 2Enter the gift code (for example GIFT-XXXXXX). In the POS app you can also search by the recipient’s phone.
- 3For a service gift choose the service used; for an amount gift enter the amount to redeem.
- 4Press Redeem Gift. You will see the amount used and the remaining balance.
- 5Complete the invoice at the POS using the gift value.
