Sign-in, roles and language
Who signs in with what, what each role sees, and how to switch between Arabic and English.
Open StaffOpens the page in your salon (after signing in).
How to sign in
- Salon owner: email and password at ossalon.app/login.
- Employees and cashiers: username (starts with the salon code, for example NSsara) and a 4–8 digit PIN.
- Forgot the password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. If an employee forgets the PIN, the owner sets a new one from Staff & Schedule → Change PIN.
Roles
- Admin (salon owner): every page, setting and report.
- Cashier: POS and sales history.
- Employee: POS, their own sales and customers.
Change the language
- 1Press the globe icon at the bottom of the sidebar (or "More" on a phone).
- 2The owner’s choice is saved for the salon; an employee’s choice is saved on their device only.
