Customers and balances
A profile for every customer with visits, services, spend, points and balances, plus a list of inactive customers.
Open CustomersOpens the page in your salon (after signing in).
Customer profile
- 1Open Customers and search by name or WhatsApp number.
- 2Click the customer to see visits, total spend, last visit, points and tier.
- 3Review Previous services with the employee and start and end times for each invoice.
Balances
- Gift balance and customer credit appear in the profile, and the admin can add balance.
- Balances are used at the POS as a payment method.
Inactive customers and export
- 1Choose "Inactive (60+ days)" to see customers who have not visited for two months, and contact them on WhatsApp from their profile.
- 2Press "Export CSV" to download the list on screen.
