Waiting list (live queue)
A daily queue for walk-ins: customers join from a link or QR code and see their position live.
Open Waiting ListOpens the page in your salon (after signing in).
Set it up
- 1Turn on Waiting List in Settings.
- 2Copy the waiting-list link from the Waiting List page, or print the QR code from the "Share your salon" card and place it at reception.
- 3Customers enter their name and number, see how many people are ahead and their position updates automatically.
Run the queue
- 1Press Call next to call the first waiting customer, or Call for a specific one.
- 2When the service is finished, press Complete.
- 3To add a customer who is already in the salon, press Add to queue.
Appointment waitlist
Requests for future or flexible appointments stay in the Appointment waitlist; press Book there and the system looks for the first free time.
